"Lacrosse Goalie is the most overly complicated under coached position in our game… Our philosophy is to build from the ground up with tried and true fundamentals and techniques that will carry the athlete to the highest level of their ability and potential. The concepts are easy to understand and must be assimilated through repetition, hard work, and an unfailingly positive attitude. The position is the most difficult and challenging, but is also the one that can single handily decide the outcome of any game, which makes it one of the most rewarding in sports! I always tell  my goalies, “Fair or un-fair it’s your job to stop the ball!" You’ll get the tools and support to become the best stopper you can possibly be… "
